I completed a purchase but did not receive the items I purchased
If you encounter this situation, please provide your player ID (located in your in-game player profile), as well as a screenshot of your purchase receipt, and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
Android users can send us their receipts in the following way:
1. Take a screenshot of your receipt and send it to us via email by clicking the link below.
1. Log in to your iTunes account on your computer and open your transaction record, then take a screenshot and send it to us. Please include the order number and our app’s information in the screenshot.
